Designer

The designer will be responsible for the production of design documents, that plan and direct the player experience.

The designer will be required to help generate the design requirements for all disciplines.

The designer will be required to implement the game play experience, using tools provided.

The designer will work collaboratively with a small team of designers, programmers and artists.

Job Requirements
· Minimum of 2 years industry experience as a designer
· Proven experience in creating game play mechanics
· Proven experience in flowcharting and GUI design
· Ability to understand and use custom tool sets
· Complete Understanding of the game development cycle
· Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
· Desire to learn, and participate in all areas of game development
· Ability to work within technical constraints
· Able to work productively with minimum supervision
· Ability to schedule own tasks realistically
· Ability to work as part of a team
· A passion of video games

Pluses
· Handheld experience
